I’ve been an entrepreneur my whole life, but I’ve always been part of a team—working with clients, corporate partners, and sponsors in symbiotic relationships built on shared responsibility and vision.

  • April 2016 - February 2024

    • Orchestrated the successful exit of the company through a strategic acquisition of all assets, proprietary code, and personnel by a key client; retained as a consultant post-acquisition to guide business integration.

    • Recruited, trained, and directed a high-performing, cross-functional team of 44 professionals spanning development, marketing, sales, project management, and operations.

    • Specialized in delivering bespoke ticketing and data management solutions for large-scale, complex hybrid events for high-profile clients where standard platforms were insufficient.

    • As a key example, executed the platform and data integration for a 500,000+ attendee book launch (Alex Hormozi), successfully managing massive real-time data transfers and complex multi-system segmentation.

  • October 2015 - October 2025

    • Directed the end-to-end creative and content vision, and logistical execution for one of Canada's most highly regarded haunted attractions, designing and launching a new, unique experience annually from concept to completion.

    • Engineered and executed strategic, multi-province marketing campaigns that expanded audience reach into Ontario, Saskatchewan, and North Dakota, driving attendance growth from 1,500 in the inaugural year to over 28,800.

    • Architected and meticulously managed all operational, capital, and marketing budgets, ensuring consistent profitability and enabling sustainable year-over-year growth.

  • June 2012 - April 2023

    • As Owner and Chief Strategist, delivered comprehensive digital marketing and operational strategies that consistently increased client profitability by a minimum of 30%.

    • Drove client growth by modernizing promotional campaigns, overhauling marketing funnels, developing custom applications to streamline operations, and executing complete business transformations.

    • Personally managed cornerstone client accounts and campaigns while leading a team of 5 direct-report managers to execute on strategic initiatives.

    • Successfully authored and secured multi-year Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax credits, achieving a 100% approval rate on all applications submitted.

  •  Currently Consulting on Modernization:  As I explore new opportunities, I have taken on select clients to transform their businesses for sale or optimization. In this role I help successful business owners navigate the ever changing landscape of business, source technology that will work for them, and implement AI strategies.

  •  Owner/Operator, FTH Entertainment:  I led an event production company for youth, overseeing all aspects from creative direction to operations. The venture successfully funded community initiatives, including multiple scholarship and grad dress programs. FTH hosted over 200 sold out events before I sold the brand.

  •  Director of Nightclubs, Canad Inns:  Managed a portfolio of 12 nightclub venues. Spearheaded the concept and operations for Area Nightclub, which was recognized as one of only two Winnipeg nightclubs in the Top 100 Venues in North America by Nightclub & Bar Magazine.

  •  Nightclub Launch & Promotion Consultant:  Provided expert consulting for the launch and promotion of several successful nightclubs. Notably launched Mystique Nightclub on a lean, all-in renovations and marketing budget of $40,000, establishing it as a premier city venue.

  • Validation: Secured over $1,00,000 in sponsorship revenue and earned multiple prestigious awards, including "Event of the Year" (twice) from Tourism Winnipeg & Tourism Manitoba and "Choice Haunted Attraction" from media like CTV and Citytv, multiple writing awards, Most Influential Under 30 (Uptown/Winnipeg Sun), Marketing Campaign of the Year 2018 (BBB), One of Manitoba’s 20 Best Companies 2023 (StartupTNT).
